The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the IBPS SO Recruitment 2026 Notification for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP SPL-XVI). Eligible candidates can apply online for 745 Specialist Officer (Scale-I) vacancies in participating Public Sector Banks from 01 July 2026 to 21 July 2026. The recruitment includes IT Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, Law Officer, and HR/Personnel Officer posts.

Educational Qualification

IT Officer

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Computer Applications, or equivalent.
• OR Postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline.
• OR DOEACC ‘B’ Level.

Agricultural Field Officer

Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, Forestry, Biotechnology, Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology, Agriculture Business Management, and related disciplines.

Rajbhasha Adhikari

• Postgraduate Degree in Hindi with English at Graduation level.
• OR Postgraduate Degree in Sanskrit with Hindi and English at Graduation level.

Law Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.)
• Enrolled with the Bar Council.

HR/Personnel Officer

• Graduation
• Two-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in HR, Personnel Management, Labour Law, Industrial Relations, HRD, or Social Work.

Marketing Officer

• Graduation
• MBA (Marketing), MMS (Marketing), PGDM/PGPM/PGDBM/PGDBA with Marketing specialization.

• Minimum Age: 20 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years

Candidates should have been born between 02 July 1996 and 01 July 2006 (both dates inclusive).

Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive a salary under the Scale-I pay structure.

Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 per month along with DA, HRA, Medical, Pension and other allowances.
